At Beechgrove we're big believers in nature knows best - from a more natural approach to your dog's food to herbal medicines and supplements, we aim to cover all aspects of health and well-being. We only stock products we truly believe in and would use on our own dogs. Our handmade items are made by a certified Acute Canine Herbalism Specialist and Raw Nutrition Specialist.

Standard Delivery covers all UK postcodes through Royal Mail or Yodel. Order Handling times are between 1-2 Days (Monday-Saturday) however we do always aim for same day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm Monday - Saturday. Delivery times range from 3-5 days on usual service, this may be a little longer during busy periods such as Christmas.
Local Delivery Covers areas through Lisburn-Banbridge and will be available only to qualifying post codes at checkout. Delivery to local areas is usually within 3 working days, If this is not the case and for some reason a delivery is delayed you will be notified. Once your order has been delivered to the given address it is no longer the responsibility of Beechgrove Canine Wellness Shop to ensure this order is protected from theft or damage.
Raw food items can only currently be bought online for collection or local delivery, the shop is open in-person in the opening hours below.
Collection is available to our local customers when visiting our shop at Beechgrove Doggy Fun Park (during opening hours shown below).

We sincerely hope that you are happy with your purchase from the Beechgrove Shop, but if for any reason you wish to return an item and request a refund please read the information below.
Standard returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery except if an item arrives damaged. In this instance, please provide evidence showing the damage and email it along with your return request within 24 hours of delivery.
All returns must be sent back within 28 days of purchase.
All items must be returned in the same condition and with the same packaging as they arrived in. We reserve the right to refuse a return if this is not the case.
Please contact us via email to start the return process at email@example.com stating the following information.
- Your order number and that it is a return in the subject heading.
- List your items to be returned stating the reason and photos if applicable.
We will get back to you as soon as possible usually within 2 working days with the relevant return address.
Please re package the item(s) ensuring they are packaged appropriately and return the item(s) using any method of your choosing to the address stated on the return request email.
The return postage will be refunded only if the item is faulty. We are sorry but we can not offer free postage for returns as we are a small company and it is not viable for us to do so.
We recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
You can either email us the proof of postage receipt and we will process your refund and original postage cost once the items have arrived with us.
Your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
If you have not received your refund within 14 days of sending your proof of postage, please get in touch.
If you wish to cancel an order for any reason, please let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and please state your order number and that it’s a cancellation as reference and we will get back to you with our returns address usually within 2 days, if applicable. We however will not cover returns costs if the item is not faulty, and refunds will only be issued once the goods have been received by us.
Orders can be cancelled and refunded in full before dispatch, but if the item has already been dispatched and is in transit with a courier, the order is then classed as a return.
